Return & Refund Policy

At Nudely, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 07 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate items (e.g., shapewear, bras) must be tried on over underwear and must not show signs of wear to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance sales cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at nudelyapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back using your preferred courier.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

  • Shipping fees (AUD 7.15) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
